New Patient consultation: $250 (with no obligation to engage in any treatment)

We require cash or credit card (no checks please) at the time of service.  Insurance companies will not pay for our unique services,

We do not charge for individual office visits, if after your consult you decide to engage in treatment there is an additional charge for us to prescribe medications that covers all visits for the entire first month.

(Insurance companies frequently cover the cost of medications.)

After the first month there are decreasing monthly charges to continue treatment.  Charging by the month eliminates any barriers to attending appointments, you do not need to pay for each visit and therefore there is no financial reason to avoid coming in for counseling and medications.

Please note: If further treatment beyond the initial consultation is agreed upon, there are additional charges based on your treatment plan and goals.

Opiate abuse treatment – (Suboxone, Subutex, naloxone, clonidine and others)

        $750.00 additional ($1000 dollars total required day one) for the entire first month if you choose to proceed with prescription treatment and counseling.

        $325 per month for months 2 and 3

        $225 per month for months 4 and 5

        $150 per month each additional month

(note: you are responsible for purchasing medications at the pharmacy)

Continuation of previously prescribed Suboxone - please contact our office for pricing.

Alcohol abuse treatment – ( Naltrexone, Antabuse, Vivitrol, Campral and others)

            $350.00 additional ($1000 dollars total required day one) for the entire first month if you proceed with ongoing treatment and counseling

$225.00 for the second month

$150.00 per month each additional month

    (note: you are responsible for purchasing medications at the pharmacy)

Marijuana abuse therapy:

        $350.00 additional ($600 dollars total required day one) for the entire first month if you proceed with prescription treatment and counseling.

        $150.00 each additional month

Stimulant / Meth / Methamphetamine / Amphetamine / Cocaine abuse treatment

        $750.00 additional ($1000 dollars total required day one) for the first month if you decide to proceed with prescription treatment and counseling

Benzodiazepines and hypnotics (Valium, Ativan, Xanax, Klonapin, Soma etc.) abuse treatment

        $350.00  additional ($600 dollars total required day one) for the first month if you decide to proceed with prescription treatment and counseling

        $325.00 for the second month
